Sounds fucking sweet. Last week I slow cooked a leg of lamb and pan fried half a salmon. I fucking love good food. I hope it's a chill affair!
Well I keep looking up AMA communities and all I get is Futurama answers.

It's very slow but biggest one I've found is !askmeanything@lemmy.ca. It does have good engagement though when someone posts:)

Well, it won't help you (or me), but the the most active is probably https://hexbear.net/c/ama (the lemmy.world seems to have got nuked, and the already-mentioned lemmy.ca one is the only other one I found)
Not this one lemmy.ml is to be avoided for censorship reasons.
