Imagine a shortsighted wolf with dirty glasses. Cleaning its glasses would make it a more effective predator, right? The same applies to the vacuum which is why you shouldn't clean it.
I've seen this more than once elsewhere, and I laugh at it each time 😂
This was a meme page, apparently transforming into a science education page. Sad.
I forget where it comes from, probably a standup comedian, but "It's no wonder cats and dogs are afraid of the vacuum cleaner, it's a thing that can eat and scream at the same time."
I've started using a broom for most things, only using the vacuum for corners and carpets. I realised I was cleaning less because the noise stressed me out
So the Dark Forest theory is true
This is some Mushi-shi level theory.
I always thought it's because vacuums crave the souls of cats and dogs. TIL.
