For the non Americans: our politicians often refer to undocumented immigrants as 'illegal aliens'. Alien just referring to the general foreign entity definition. So this phrase would translate to undocumented immigrants committing crimes.

I am sure that we could make a version of this of just the police officers this month that were also convicted. Seems like fair play
