Dell Optiplex SFF and micros are great for this. Anything Intel will fit the job and do it well, 8gb+ of RAM and needs a NIC or USB3 (for a NIC adapter). An old laptop with similar specs is great too (battery can be a built-in UPS). Find decently used on FBM.
