  1. Overnight oats
  2. Yogurt with frozen fruit and granola (parfait)
  3. Granola/protein bar of choice
  4. Hard boiled eggs
  5. Peanut butter toast

+1 for eggs for both nutrients and filling

Boil the night before when low on time; otherwise can scramble etc. for a warm meal when time allows
