Yes, that part was a bit confusing to me at first, since they already described zero tolerance against anything not adhering to official guidelines Dost Test, which is new to me.
But it makes perfect sense now, they only follow those rules strictly because they must. They would probably love if they could break them if they thought they could get away with it.
When I was shown a link to what they call "MAP", it very quickly became crystal clear what it was about.
