Does Nintendo gives refunds easily, without any issues?
Hope they improve the game on Switch.
I don't know really, I'm still waiting for a response... But the support told me to write them and email so i did.
If I am not mixing Nintendo with another company, they basically allow you one refund, without asking anything, and not more.
Also, you should never chargeback, because they ban you (this is also true for Sony).
I know the chargeback thing, and i'll never do it, even less for 6.29€ ahah
They asked me for the receipt, account email and the reason. I'll update here if I have some news
