That’s a quite a strange move for such a young player at the top of his career, instead of older players. Maybe we’ll get more and more young talents moving there.
Might be a Mendes related thing, that no other clubs wanted to pay what he and wolves wanted. He also went to wolves in the championship when he first went there even though he was obviously better than that.
