It's certainly the most important country doing bad things, these instances are full of western chauvinists who need correcting, and the user base is mostly western, i.e. most capable of actually affecting change in western states. I think his priorities are correct and perhaps you are too tolerant of western states and chauvinists deflecting blame by pointing to other countries (usually ones they imperialized anyway).
