To my knowledge they haven't frozen any critics' assets, although I put nothing past them.
They did it here in Canada to the trucker protestors. While everyone cheered it on, those of us with an eye for the future noted that what can be done to them can be done to us.

The only reason I’m asking for a source is because, well, a lot of sources tend to leave out pretty vital info…!
NPR has gotten pretty neo liberal. Or maybe it always was, and I just didn’t have anything better to compare it against.
Sorry I don't understand, you want a source about the protestors getting their accounts frozen, or about the coverage of that event? I've seen both but the meta-coverage will be harder to find because it is largely confined to Medium/Substack/blogs/etc..
