I'm well aware of how much they've been targeted (though according to plenty of the hex/grad/ml folks they're completely unaffected and thriving), I was making a comment regarding how Trump has been trying to target 'countries who mean us harm' like Canada and Mexico while he apparently thinks Russia is no problem.
