This is interesting because it looks like this is designed to be a one-off starter (for one loaf). If you want to use it more often you can grow it from this and feed it for a week or so. Then you'll be able to use 50g or whatever they recommend in this recipe for bread and store the rest to keep feeding for later

I'm treating it like a starter that needs to be got going again, so fed it up yesterday and I'll do the same for the next couple of days. It is definitely bubbling, so it wasn't totally dead when I got it!
