Is Zoom using at enterprise can measure participant metric, like how much you talk ? (sh.itjust.works)

I would like to know if is there any measuable metric that Zoom give to management team how much member participant in zoom call, like how often you talk, or AFK.

Just know if i need to game the number like talk something in the call.

I wouldn't be surprised they do, but at the same time if they do that it's a major red flag.

I literally won a "silent but deadly" award at a company retreat of which the premise is, I'm a very quiet person but when I do speak up you better pay attention because it's important. I hate talking so when I talk I'm not talking about my weekend, I'm talking about why we can't do that because systems Y and Z will blow up.

That's actually a pretty cool thing for them to recognize. Awards and things more often seem to go to the people who talk the most / loudest, just because they're the ones people remember, but having an explicit acknowledgement that they recognize the value in what you're saying is pretty neat.
