I'm not quite sure what kind of videos you want specifically, but I would recommend stronglifts 5x5 for beginner strength and couch to 5k for a beginner cardio program

If you follow these programs for a few weeks, it should give you a great baseline to build from. If you have a new years resolution to get into shape, following these will smash that goal (Though you may want to choose to only follow one at a time and then transition to the other)
Thanks but neither weight lifting nor running are an option for me unfortunately. Also you're absolutely right I should have said that was looking for at home without equipment and dumbbells kinda stuff
Check out the bodyweight fitness subreddit if you want bodyweight stuff. Their wiki and the r/fitness wiki is really good.
I had good success running their recommended program as a beginner and also when traveling.
