Bias to what? Is the source wrong? 63% in the eastern part want peace talks (52% in total) and they're not getting them, why is that?

because putins precondition for peacetalks is ukranian withdrawal from the donbass, which translates to any progress made by the ukranians since 2022.

Did you look at the "data" it says nowhere that I could find ANY demographics relating to the poll.
