I'd love to build an actual good transit system that encourages people not drive downtown but instead I'd love to build tons of park and rides. Usually my cities have massive metro systems that span well into the suburbs (like I desperately wish would happen here in America), but for those who just are a bit too far I'd love to build a parking lot next to (or hell, underground next to) the metro station
Park & rides AND neighborhood stops. Would be a cool optimization and a good way to get people's minds flowing in a good direction for transit mindsets.
I'm lucky to live in a city with a decent mix of both. It's so nice being able to get to work quickly without needing a car, and in my cities they will be given the same basic care
