Nice glad your friend is doing better now, and tbf if the police are slow then that’s definitely an issue, no one should be forced to protect themself due to slow response times
Eh I can't blame them too much, they can only come when you call them, and when you need to defend yourself sometimes you don't have time to call until after the attack. There's certainly room for improvement though!
Well yeah I just feel that improved times could change things, but hey like I said hopefully you won’t need them.
