I mean before the invasion Russia was building walls and moving them forward overnight to slowly take territory. It's not entirely off base about Russia.
The complete opposite.
Nato is a group of independant, mostly democratic states. Nato doesn't kill people, doesn't attack, does not do genocide and most relevant for the meme, it doesn't redraw state lines.
If Nato would do several of those things, you might have a point, please prove me wrong.
NATO killed thousands of people, redrew state lines, and overthrew several governments, in yugoslavia, libya, afghanistan, and north africa.

The article you posted says that the US is instigating a conflict in Eastern Europe in the very first line. I'm not saying that NATO countries haven't acted despicably or even evilly in the past, but instigating a conflict in EE is blatantly untrue. I'm going to list the article as "bias favoring Russian imperialist aggression masquerading as anti-US-imperialism".
