I was just listening to an old podcast ep (citations-needed) from 2021 IIRC talking about the TRIPS waiver, and how they "didn't want to be too cynical" about Biden doing a whole song and dance which would amount to nothing. Just googled it and sure enough, we're still fucking blocking it. The american government must be destroyed.
