I cant even picture how he would have meaningful relationships with the children as they have three different mothers so at least three different households on top of him being CEO of multiple companies. I wonder how often he even sees the kids. Maybe this is the Republican dream of spawning more children but never having to raise or care for any of them outside of maybe an annual trip to Disney Land or some shit.

The same as 99% of other extremely wealthy parents, they don't. The nannies and tutors raise the kids or in the case of illegitimate kids, the mothers are given hush money or fight and usually receive large child support checks.

This has been the norm since the middle ages or before. Why are so many people shocked and surprised by this?

That's what confuses me, not that he's doing it, he's a narcissist piece of shit. It is every one in this thread with the surprised Pikachu face.
