They don’t say who made the allegations or whether they were ever determined to be credible. This feels like another non-story where Rs make a lot of noise to stir up suspicion and conspiracy theories.

It's unfortunate we have to even vet mainstream news anymore. They just publish whatever gets clicks without investigating.
