I don't think that's fair. It's Bill Burr...his "response" was to instantly drop it and move on to Ukraine. It would have been a tame response from Joe Pera, let alone Bill Burr

I expected him to explode like he often does in the face of insolence based on the title and hype from the hosts but his insult wasn't even related to Maher's opinion on Gaza. I'm less disappointed in Burr than I am the hosts for making a 7 minute video about it
