UK/London person here. Without buying a 3D printer, is there anywhere I can go to get something like this made? Other than finding a friend with such a printer, that is.

Have a look for Makerspace/Hackerspace. I’m sure there are some in London and they probably have a 3D printer.

Lots of Pi cases on Amazon UK and other vendors. Anything specific you're after?

Thanks, it’s less about one case, more that, if I see something interesting and printable, is there a service where I can order it, or places to go to print it?

Ahh, gotcha. I will not opine further then. :-)

@foofiepie @wjrii Shapeways was my go-to for awhile, and they have an amazing variety of materials they can do. But for your basic PLA/PETG pieces, it doesn't take very many orders to make buying your own printer cost-effective.

That’s what I saw years ago when I looked for US options. So instead, I just have two very cheap printers. My hobbies don’t make any money whether I’m efficient or not, so I’m more willing to trade time for cash investment.

Yes. There are several I've seen advertised but I've never used. Pcbway, despite the name, has 3d printing services. I have no experience with them.
