Why isn't this treason?
Because the SCOTUS says it isn't, and our slave owning founders must have been sniffing glue the day they were supposed to put checks on the Judicial branch.
Oh, btw, guess which way this SCOTUS will rule if the election is so close they need to weigh in on it like in 2000...
1/3 of SCOTUS was literally working for Bush on that case.
They've been doing it since black people got the vote. It's normal to them.
