Unlike others asking for a lifetime license, as I understand development of such an app has ongoing costs, would it be possible to have a pay per year option? I'm honestly tired of micro-managing subscriptions, so if I could just pay for a year, and then have to pay again if I'm still using it in a year and the ads reappear, that'd be fine. I still want to show my support.

I thought with the recent update, we would be getting the "Lifetime" option for Ultra but it's just for removing ads. Pretty disappointed about the subscription fiasco from the get-go.

I absolutely love the app but won't use it! I get that you need money for all this work and I am happy to pay for such an amazing peace of software but Goole payments rely on Google Play Services and many privacy caughous users (like me) have degoogled phones so the app is essentially useless to me and probably tons of other potential customers! :(

can I get it from F-Droid?

It's full of ads and has more spyware than tiktok, thanks 👍

Imma stick with a privacy respecting client for now.
