I have a bad habit of being too perfectionist, it's affecting my productivity and many other things actually.
I also heard that procrastination is linked with perfectionism

What was the decision?
@shinigamiookamiryuu Instead of ordering the Meat Lover's Skillet Special, which is hash browns, ham, sausage, bacon, two large eggs, sausage gravy, and your choice of pancakes or toast; I chose a half-order of biscuits and gravy and a side of bacon.
Give yourself some credit. That's at least half as bad, so your decision was twice as good.

All any of us can do, really. Awareness and perspective are often hard to come by, so congrats on that!
Recognizing these positives goes a long way toward accepting and loving oneself. I'm happy for you.
I try to make one consciously good decision a day. I find that it sometimes snowballs into good things.
