Bad real estate. Thank you!

[–] setsneedtofeed@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I haven’t been able to see SimpsonsShitposting for a while. I can see other sh.itjustworks communities but I don’t know if that one is gone or specifically defederated from Lemmy.world or something?

[–] FullOfBallooons@leminal.space 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Hmm, I'm not sure. I can see them from my home instance, but also the last post is from 12 days ago so it might just be because it's a slow-moving community.

[–] setsneedtofeed@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

I think the problem is I’m a Lemmy.world account. I don’t see nothing, I see a page saying β€œcommunity can’t be found”.

I know Lemmy.world was defederated from sh.itjustworks at one point, but they’ve refederated so I should be able to see it. But it’s got to be something related to the different servers talking.

Hi there! Looks like you linked to a Lemmy community using a URL instead of its name, which doesn't work well for people on different instances. Try fixing it like this: !boardgames@feddit.de, !imaginarystarships@lemmy.world

[–] makingStuffForFun@lemmy.ml 2 points 1 year ago

Damn there is some fine art in that community. Thank you

[–] JohnDClay@sh.itjust.works 2 points 1 year ago

I love the imaginary subs, such fun world building and creative concepts.

Because so much of the news leaves a bad taste.

[–] Bebo@literature.cafe 3 points 1 year ago

Risa and science memes.

Copy-pasting as per:

I'm legally obliged to shill the various crafting communities, my two most used are !knitting@lemmy.world and !lemmy_stitch@sh.itjust.works but you can find lots more in the sticky thread in either of those.

Then there's also !imadethis@lemm.ee which has been a bit quiet lately so if you've made something, go show it off!

[–] savedbythezsh@sh.itjust.works 3 points 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago) (2 children)

Since I saw !rpgmemes@ttrpg.network, just wanted to let you know about my own !dndmemes@sh.itjust.works (4k subs, but not too many posts lately).

[–] setsneedtofeed@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

I don’t have much to offer for DND content but I will subscribe.

[–] TeaHands@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

Excellent! The more the merrier :)

[–] setsneedtofeed@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

Neat. Subscribed to a few of these now.

[–] setsneedtofeed@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

I mod the 40k community, so obviously that one.

!warhammer40k@lemmy.world

Would be cool if Oldhammer, Battletech, and the general tabletop minis communities got some traction.

I’m trying very hard to revive the militaryporn community.

!militaryporn@lemmy.world

And Risa is great (usually) but it doesn’t need my help to be popular

Dolar tree, they will always have my back in this economy. 100 tea bags of green tea for 1.25 i'm set for a few months atleast on tea without paying anything. the upfront price for that item alone was $1.25

The joke is that the posts are so basic that they don't even meet the bar.
