Miami born Daniel Noboa, following his god-king Trump, announces tariffs on Mexican imports. He even copies Trump "they're not treating us fairly" excuse, and cites that Mexico is abusing ecuatorian producers.

In 2024, the trade balance between both countries accounts for merely $108M USD in favor of Mexico.

The main product Mexico exports to Ecuador is medicine and chemicals used to produce medicaments.

This comes the day after he proudly announces a trade agreement with Canada 😅 Noboa is giving a masterclass on 21th century compradorism.

Canada trade balance with Ecuador is of $226M USD in favor of Canada, meanwhile trade balance with Mexico is just $108M USD in favor of Mexico.
