Is this the "make America great again" that Trump supporters voted for? What do you think so far? Since destroying health care and relations with global trade partners has been at the top of his list of actions, will anything be left of this country or its people when he's done?

Yes: a populace pissed off at liberals or some other scapegoat because theyre told to believe that they're the ones responsible for their misfortune.
