Trump is just itching for more BLM style protests to test his new powers out on. He appointed people just as eager. He wants a round two from 2020.

Hes doing a fantastic job gaining loyalty from both the economic arm of the government (Musk, Bezos, etc) and the violent arm (police etc.).
