Reporters and members of the public inside the Fulton County Courthouse can record video of the big moment

ATLANTA — Donald Trump’s next criminal indictment appears to be imminent, and at least part of it may be televised.

That’s according to the Fulton County superior court judge who is presiding this week over the grand jury proceedings and ran through some key logistics during an otherwise routine Monday morning in the local courthouse here.

Alex Jones was put through the wringer, and made out to be an absolute fucking fool. And yet that fucker still gets to hawk his bullshit.

I worry that nothing will happen to Fuckface 45.

He needs to be in the trashcan.

Jones was a civil case. Trump has multiple civil cases and with GA, 4 felony criminal cases.

Doesn't make me feel better about our very biased, and 2-tiered, justice system.

That settles it, I'm throwing all my investments into Orville Reddenbacher.

IDK, I think Good and Plenty will make a comeback.

US politics truly is the biggest reality TV show ever produced.

95% of the coverage time is spent on personalities and drama rather than the actual governing they are doing.

Fulton County Georgia Grand Jury returns 10 out of 10 charged indictments against Former President Donald Trump 8/14/23

[–] Spacebar@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

That's 4 criminal cases and if there is only 1 count per charge, 90 Felonies.

I'm betting he will be facing more than 100 in total.

For those of us who are not American, what does it mean that they were returned?

The grand jury approved bringing all 10 charges against the annoying orange.

Don't most court cases in the US require any photographs to be illustrated? (or is that only in the UK?)

[–] Jabroni@lemm.ee 5 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Federal courts prohibit photography /etc. State courts vary, some leaving it to the discretion of the judge.

Well… it’ll sure avoid the “lack of a public trial” stuff they ran into in the Mar a Lago classified documents case…
