I see transfems who have only been transitioning for a 1year IN REAL LIFE. I started hrt almost 2 years ago. Yet I still look basically the same as I did before. No change at all other than I have some small boobage. I just feel like I look like a fatter longer hair version of myself.

Maybe you should see your endocrinologist and ask to check your hormones. No change after 2 years is pretty odd.

But HRT isn't the only part of your transition. Have you been voice training, practicing makeup, buying new clothes, changing your posture and gait?

While I can't afford a endocinnogist right now I do think it's very odd to only have minor changes with my levels always about 110 in E the entire two years

If your E levels aren't right, have you considered a different method of application? Like if you take pills, trying injections or patches instead might help.
