That's my concern too. They should have baked those into AOSP making it available for all ROMS.

Ya, kinda feel that. I mean Apple has the best anti theft features,yet they are stolen regularly 😔

I guess resetting the password will be difficult after forgetting the password. Also it seems most features are only available with the Play Store.

Custom ROMS without a Play Store will have a hard time.

I don't know what's happening in India. I heard they blocked VLC & all VPN, some time back. Now they have blocked Protonmail.
