You need to tweak a lot to get latest minecraft java version running on Windows7
I personally like 11 more than 10, mostly because its same as 10 but with better UI. 10 was very bland.
I understand why people were mad it wasn’t made clear in the beginning. if it’s just people with ties to the war then it’s a good thing they did.

Cosmic, just trying it out because i liked the extensions system76 made for gnome, and cosmic DE is more native experience of that.

I use both but windows 11 has been generally stable and visual artifact free for me even more than windows 10. Like i have never seen BSOD on 11 yet but on 10 it was regular.
Btw did you tweak it to remove bloat and crapware? Windows will break if you do it even if the bloat removing tool call it stable.

'karma' has the same use here just as in reddit imo. it buries your post/comment but it is not as amplified as on reddit only because of the rate of new content made in lemmy. And when the mods get tired of modding in the future they would just bot it based on ... votes.
iirc someone already made a moderation bot for that.
