Here's a list of quality of life and gameplay suggestions that I've heard or have come up with from just playing the game if anyone has any others feel free to add. Or if you want to expand on the topic go for it!

List in no specific order:

  • The damage and health scaling when playing in a party needs to be adjusted. Maybe it should be proximity based

  • Gem bag

  • Let us have the option to refund the entire paragon board just like refunding my skills

  • CC feels too aggressive. I know there's unstoppable and reductions but golly sometimes it doesn't even matter

  • Let us access aspects stored in our stash from the Occultist

  • Let us teleport to a friend without having to portal to a main town

  • Enemy density feels lacking in many areas

  • Stop making us back track in dungeons

  • Fix issue that causes mount to get stuck when mounting and holding direction until input is stopped and animation finishes

  • Let us sort the inventory by rarity, then type or just give us different sorting options in general

I'm sure there's more stuff I'm forgetting and I doubt anyone from the Dev team is even on here but still nice to discuss or add to ideas

Guess I am getting old. Hope Lemmy here can usher in a new wave of similar content. I'll have to wait and see.

I find it a bit disheartening that a lot of comments on Reddit (I know I'm mostly staying away) are labeling us, the people who take issue with not only the API pricing but the entire direction the site is going, snowflakes and whiny babies.

A lot of "I don't cares" and "I just want to use the site not see this useless protest" etc. I remember a time when reddit could come together and actually get results (for better and for worse).

Even the way people comment is different. Seems like a lot more low effort, mouth breather posts, or suspiciously bad faith arguments that I see in response to the increasingly rare thoughtful/informative dialogue in the form of posts or comments.

I'm not saying the site was ever an iconic standard to the peak intellectual, but there seemed to be more people hungry for that type of content.

Maybe I'm just looking back at everything through rose tinted glasses, but I miss the days of ending up going down a new rabbithole sparked by a random comment chain.

I wonder if it's just me and I'm just turning into that old bitter dude longing for the "good ole days."

I know I'm in the minority, but I think this game really missed out on not including third person toggle. I know they said it was an artistic choice, but to me RPGs and third person (at least as a toggle) go hand in hand.

The fact that I had so many options to customize my character and wear different stuff only for it to be never be seen except in the menu and some cutscenes was a bit of a let down.
