The 'we condemn these chants' announcements will be off the charts.

Ban people for 10 years or play without fans if everyone is singing it, then we might see some changes.

Same with racist chants.

There are such easy ways to combat this vile shit, but the league nor many clubs want to go there. They just don't care enough as they get to profit off of those matchgoers

In Italy, if you're caught bringing flares to a match, they ban you from all football arenas for 5yrs.

Does that mean it's enforced? Meh, doesn't seem to be, but the principal still stands.
