Picked up Final Fantas XV from my backlog and I'm really enjoying the game. The lore is super-duper contrived and most of the time I have no idea why I'm doing anything, but it looks gorgeous and I really like the band / party.
If I find some time this weekend, probably some Dead Cells, trying to get 2 BC. I also have Elden Ring waiting for me though, so maybe that instead :D
Amnesia: The Bunker, very refreshing departure from the standard formula of the series that doesn't forsake the identity forged from the earlier entries. Ending is kind of rough and feels unfinished, however. Worth checking out though.
AC Odyssey, many people have negative opinions of this game as an AC game. I think if you like the time period and are not an original trilogy diehard fan, you can find it interesting.
Fallout 4VR with that FRIK mod
Little late but got elden ring finally and I'm loving it.
I'm still finishing up all of the past game stuff on Jedi survivor while i wait for final fantasy XVI. Outside of that Im playing snk vs capcom cardfighters 2 on the neogeo pocket color.
Just getting into MonsterTrain. If you like roguelike deckbuilders I would highly recommend it.
Space Engineers.
Hey how's that running on deck? Was it hard to setup or anything? I loved it on PS4 and I've been considering picking it up on deck.
It actually runs really well. It was initially crashing due to the Ubisoft launcher but if you turn off the overlay in the launcher (using desktop mode) it is stable.
What’s the FPS and general graphics quality like?
It averages about 40 fps, and it looks fantastic with Vibrant Deck (Decky plugin).
I hosted a Barotrauma event with my inclusive Linux gaming community. We had 5 people playing through a campaign that we started early this year, and we ended up playing for a long time.
Mostly board games; taught couple of our older boys Scythe and then got in several rounds of Turing Machine.
Recently started Homeworld Mobile on phone and liking it so far.
Also planning to tinker with merging Color My Quest (ttrpg) with Wallet Dungeons to play with our younger kiddos.
Diablo 4!
No Man's Sky has kind of been my go-to since it was released. Of course I'll sit down and get into lots of other games, but if I'm playing nothing in particular - NMS.
Right now I'm playing to Blasphemous and I'm finding a really good game. After some hour for getting in the mood I'm finding a game that reminds me a lot the metroid saga.
Have you played any of the other Metroidvanias out there (Hollow Knight, Ori, Axiom Verge, etc.)?
Not yet. But I've bought the humble bundle, so I have Hollow Knight and other to try
Tears of the Kingdom. I'm going to be here for awhile, but this game has made me want to play some other Switch games in my collection that I've been putting off, like Xenoblade Chronicles.
Trying out Street Fighter 6 and their World Tour mode, my first Fighting Game, as a 30+ y/o. I completely suck at it.
