I think that it will not be waged between North and South for state rights, but rather between Republicans and Democrats for human rights. It will happen before our 250th anniversary in 2026.

Not a fascist, I advocate for a socialist planned economy where everyone is taken care of. So who is the fascist advocating for violence?

Where everyone is taken care of except trans people, you mean? Or are there other minorities you would like to exclude?
