Because the steak was burned and didn't taste good. But the guy specifically told me to say that i tastes amazing and to even exaggerate. This is also a thing on TV here in Korea that they have those foreigners tasting food and they without exception always have to say how amazing it is, you never see them saying they don't like it. Even if you can see it on their reaction, they would always say mhmm so good! :D
I read that the first time, too. But the same question remains.
I guess I didn't want to be rude to him, especially as a foreigner.
Maybe it's a fun tv show, letting foreigners eat bad food and pretend it's good.
