The term in the US is 'Deportation Centers'...

The Nazis also had some creative terms when it came to genocide.

Do you reall mean to compare these Detention Centers with Death Camps?

[–] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 3 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

The fact that you either don't know the difference between a concentration camp and a death camp or are pretending you don't does not speak highly of you.

[–] Murvel@lemm.ee 0 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

I know the difference, but it is you who don't seem to...

Listen, I've had these meaningless debates with you before, and last time, it ended with you taking it personally and banning me, so I've got very little interest in these discussions anyway.

Please tell me the difference between a camp where people of a specific group are detained in large numbers in a very small area long-term, which is what will be necessary, and a concentration camp.

Because so far, your argument seems to be that it won't be called a concentration camp, so it isn't a concentration camp.
