Could this mean the outsiders are circling like sharks around a cloud of blood in the water, in other words could the likes of ARM nd other smaller comparative SOC manufacturers and other mobile chipset manufaturers like Snapdragon or Rockchip etc potentially sneak into the top 3 tier and stay there if they go all in chips down forgive the pun lol.
