Sorry for the ambiguity. What I mean to say is that the language this general is using very clearly indicates that the US has plans in place that have been decided on prior to any serious engagement. To call it a “prediction” is a poor choice of words. Thanks for assuming I’m a conspiracy nut you guys. Also, not everyone lives on Lemmy and can respond instantly.
